Here I go again. . .

Welcome back to ME.

I'm back!  After two years of MIA and not blogging, I did not realized this account will still exist. Well, it does and still here!

I still cook for my family, so I guess there is no use of changing the main title of this blog.  Let's rewind for a little bit and talk about one major event that had happened to me in the recent years.

Well, big events does not usually comes in big packages, because mine comes in 7 lbs, 19 inches.  I am a mom again! My son Ryden, born August of last year was a big celebration for my family, and my oldest son Tyler could not wait to become a big brother.

Fast forward to today, Ryden is now a one year old, major cutie. Lots of people find him adorable and about 90% of them thinks his a girl, maybe because of his long brown locks and cutie face. But either way he is such a blessing to my family.

First attempt

Tomorrow I will be doing my weekly grocery at Walmart. I wrote down all the necessary things I need to buy and after I'm done with shopping I will attempt my first experiment -  the 7 Layer Jello or Multi-colored Jello, which I plan to add to my list of dessert for my son's birthday party next Saturday. This dessert is not hard to make and everyone can make jello right? Well I hope I don't mess it up.

Why not just cook?

Anyone who stumble upon my blog must be wondering why its entitled
"To Cook or Not To Cook" well just one simple reason, you see when I started this blog I didn't exactly know what to do with it or what its purpose going to be. But today I realize one thing, I wanted to learn, experiment, and attempt to try different type of cooking, baking, creating, and basically trying out new things that I'm sure I am going to enjoy doing. 

I don't exactly cook, well I cook just for my family - husband and my handful 5 year old son (who's by the way have so many food allergies). I also do not bake only a simple cake mix in a box and Viola! there you go, my own version of cupcakes or cake from a box.

I know my husband stay mum about my cooking, well I guess he does not have any other choice does he, so he is stuck with me. I feel bad though, but I know I can learn and I can cook better. So here is my own  "Worst Cook in America" blog, you know that show with Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay. I'm aware that I'm probably not the only person who think she's the worst cook in America or in Los Angeles but if burning bacon or egg is not worst I don't know what is?

Strength and Weaknesses

Today I'm starting to write my blog I want to share my life learning, experiences, and endeavors to anyone interested to read my blogs. 

As I begin to type I realize I had this blogger account since beginning of last year. But I barely put any writings to it and doesn't have any reason to do so until today.
